GPU for my system

I'm looking to buy new GPU (for 1080p gaming) for my current system. I know my PSU limits my choices, but I do not intend to change anything besides GPU. Is 1050Ti my limit? Or could I get a 1060 (3GB/6GB), I'm also interested in RX570 (or even RX580). Any suggestions would be appreciated

Video Card: HD 7770 1GB
PSU: XFX ATX 2.3 TS 450W
MB: MSI H110MPRO-D
CPU: i5 6400 with stock cooler (no OC)
Corsair 8GB 2133MHz DDR4 x 1
HDD: WD Green 1Tb
Case: Fractal Design Core 1000 FD-CA-CORE-1000-USB3-BL
and one case fan.

400W is enough for GTX 1060, so you can go for that too.
Just avoid overclocking. Your PSU will not be able to support it.

All those cards you've listed are going to work fine with your PSU, total system power draw should never exceed 300W factoring in the rest of your system.
