Hi, lately I started checking the temperatures for my computer using speedfan and i noticed that all of my temperatures are fine except my GPU which is at 70c idle and when I start gaming I go up to almost 85-90c I dont know what I should do about it, i have AMD Radeon HD 7300 graphics (i'm about to get gtx760) and I just wanna make sure my computer is working good for when i get my new graphics card thanks in advance!

Solution
Yeah time to replace it's thermal compound, it's a fanless solution no doubt, without the thermal compound it simply won't transfer the heat from the chipset to it's heatsink at all.

Thanks for the answer! Yeah i've cleaned the dust off several times. And guess what? My graphics card doesnt even have a fan... its just a card, maybe i'm confused on what the gpu is. But is there anything I can do in the mean time? I wont be getting this card for like a month probably and would like to be on lower temps.
Oh, and btw I dont think the problem is airflow because my cpu has a constant temp of like 10c

Ah so it's a fanless solution, then yes, the thermal paste must have worn off, you'll have to buy new thermal compound, dismount the heatsink from the gpu (graphics card) clear the surface from both the heatsink and the chipset in the graphics card, for this use isopropyl alcohol 90%+ purity and make sure to completely clean it with some anti static cloth or kleenex, finally apply the new thermal paste.

Hey I took out my graphics card just to see what im dealing with and does this look like it needs a replacement of the thermal paste? Also instead of a fan it has this thing.
