GPU in-game overlay And CPU Usage i want to see without MSI afterburner tell me how to
i want so bad just want to see CPU Usage and GPU plz if you dont know how then dont say
and no software

I guess I'm not understanding your question. You want to monitor your CPU and GPU, without using monitoring software? Sorry sir, that doesn't work.

Another way is to have a 2nd monitor and put all your monitoring stuff there, so that your game doesn't have the OSD on screen.
