GPU is crashing, when i overclock my CPU

Hi, i have huge problem, i got now purschased CLUB 3D 9600GT, i instaled it, but she was crashing, got artifacts, appearing screens of death..
Then i downlocked my CPU (E6300 @ 2.4 to 2.2), GPU stabilized, but now i cant overlock both ( Its sad, because i love and i need overclock..
PSU - Forton blue storm II 500W (max 530W) <-- its not the reason
Motherboard GA 945P DS3
3GB of adata rams.
I think its my motherboards problem (

Well the CPU provides the GPU with data for processing, so if the data is not intact, you're going to have problems. Also, as far as I know the driver (using the CPU) constantly polls the GPU to check if it has completed the work assigned to it, and you could be wreaking havoc on the driver. Perhaps you needed a higher vcore for your overclock?

Are you inadvertently overclocking the PCI bus when you OC the cpu bus?

Now vcore is 1.15, but it worked fine with my old gpu, also i tryed set it to 1.35 but no results ://
When my cpu is on ~2.25ghz, gpu is almost stable, but ati tools shows me strange artifacts, after ~ 5 secs lines poping one by one. Something like that, hard to say :/

on some motherboards the pci express bus is tied to the front side bus..

Ghmage, you mean pci express frequency? It must allways be set on auto on ga motherboards.
