I have been using the internal gpu on my mother board when I built my rig. I don't know if the gpu is fried or some other problem is happening. It won't recognize on task manager or the bios. What should I do?

So would this be a better PSU to buy? Also is there any way to test my current power supply, is a PSU not powering a graphics card but a mobo realistic? Does anyone know how to disable the integrated graphics, I can try to take screen shots of the BIOS if needed.
