Question GPU is not hitting max wattage ?

Hello guys I have recently upgraded to 9070 XT and I have noticed while playing Black Ops 6 I get 100 percent utilization but only shows it at 260watts and lower.
Shouldn’t this card be around 340watts when at max load ?

I feel like it would squeeze out more fps, I ran Steelpunk and the card got to 360watts when testing, no issues, but in BO6 it won't go over 260w so what could be my issue ?

What GPU were you on prior? Did you use DDU prior to removing the older GPU, to manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site?

B450 is the chipset, what is the make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard?

What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

You forgot to mention the make and model of your case, how you're cooling he processor and the OS you're on.

Different games use different amounts of the GPU (and any other part of the PC for that matter) since you do get the highest power draw in one game it means that all your settings and set up are correct, the game just uses less of the card.
