cpu: i5 6400
gpu: gtx 745
ram: 12 gb
motherboard: acer tc710

my gpu is running at 83 °C and while gaming it reaches over 90, i don't know what can be the problem as i cleaned the gpu, because it had alot of dust but that doesnt seem to be the problem, any ideas?

Solution
The GTX 745 is a fairly old GPU at this point...have you replaced the thermal paste on the card ? If not it's likely dried up at this point and no longer working.
Is the fan spinning? Are your case fans installed correctly? (check there isn't an intake accidentally mounted as an exhaust) Are you overclocking? If the answer to the first two is yes and the last one is no, I'd try changing the thermal paste - that's a pretty old card. If you haven't already, I'd reccomend dusting out your entire pc using some compressed air if you can notice a significant dust build up.
