Question GPU maxing out and crashed

I bought new ram and I got 2x 16GB 3600Mhz ram and it says that my Gpu supports it but when I play a game after a few seconds of being in the game playing around my frames drop to like 7-8 and I look at my performance and my GPU is 99% and eventually crashes to a black screen anyone have any ideas

my GPU is 1660 super
motherboard is asrock b450m pro4 r2
Cpu is ryzen 5 5600x
