Question GPU not being prioritized/not working at all

Just built my first PC and after installing the GPU and playing games it became obvious that the GPU wasn't working too well. When I open Task Manager it shows that my GPU is always at 0% and has never gone above that. I have researched on this and tried updating drivers, disabling integrated graphics, and putting my AMD settings on high performance but nothing seems to work. (My GPU is the Radeon RX 560)

I think you should connect the monitor to the graphics card port.
