Question GPU Not out putting display

Hey,
I just needed to make some measurements of my gpu for a case I'm making, and while it was out I cleaned it off using an alcohol pad. Now when it's all plugged in and ready to go, there's no display but all the lights and fans are on.
What's going on? Is it broken? Or am I missing something?

Full system specs, please.
Make sure you did not rattle loose any 6 or 8 pin power connectors.
