GPU not recgonized

I have 2 monitors plugged in by DVI to my GPU (radeon 7850), my GPU isn't being recgonized and it says I have onboard graphics.

1) did you install your GPU drivers ?
2) is it enabled in the control panel ?
3) are you sure your GPU is properly connected to your motherboard ?
