Hi guys, I have this strange issue. I have a xfx 7870 and if I use a 1080p display for a split second at random points lines show on the screen, like when you unplug a cable and the screen shows lines. Straight after it fixes it self, I have tried HDMI dvi and they all do the same thing. Only on a 1080p display, it doesn't happen on a 1600x900 display. I have to use amd CCC scaling option for 1080p. Is there a fix for this? It only happens when I am not using a fullscreen program, in games it doesn't however sony vegas and firefox it does.
