Planning to build a pc.

Procie: Pentium G4400
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Mobo: ASRock H110M-HDV

what GPU will be best to play GTA V at the best fps and good graphics but will not be bottlenecked? And also what games can be played with the GPU paired with it if ever?

Solution
Here is a build with no case, right under $400 after $10 rebate..can't guarantee it will run GTA V, but the GPU will allow you to play at medium settings at 1080p...i'll always allow geforece to optimize it

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Pentium G4500 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($72.98 @ Directron)
Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VD PLUS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($46.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($48.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.78 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Mini Video...
For one, I would try to upgrade to the i3-6100 if you can. The GTX 1060 3GB is probably your best. By GTA V is a CPU intensive game, and may be held back with that CPU, as it's not truly meant for gaming. The i3 isn't either, but it does a better job.

If you are going with a G4400, that means you have a budget, what is your budger for the GPU?

What is your currency? Prices vary by country. And importing can be expensive. But if it truly matches $400, you should upgrade the chip to a i5-6500 and get yourself a GTX 1060.

My currency is Philippine Peso (PHP)

Yes, but they change settings. Also it's not meant to last, just for that video. Overtime, it will get worst. Not to mention, that is "best care scenrio" It's like overclocking. You can have the same hardware, but ten different results when overclocking. Anyone will tell you that.

Okay wait

Procie: G4400
RAM: 8GB DDR4
Mobo: ASRock H110M-HDV
PSU: 500w
HDD: WD 1TB

Thats the full build i had in mind without the gpu yet. So now what changes do i make?

I'll see if I can come up with a list. It will be in USD, since PCP doesn't have Pesos.

What type of brand is that PSU? Also do you have a case and Windows?

What does the $400 need to include? I'll assume you have a monitor already. Do you have the KB and mouse? A legitimate Windows license? Speakers (even cheap ones)?
That's a VERY tight budget; I think you'll probably need closer to $600. I just rebuilt a budget business box for someone, and used $349 of new parts. He already had a suitable case and quality PSU (I'd built the original system too), is using the IGP so no graphics card, and I gave him one of my review motherboards.

I cant find everything you have listed in the website i use to find the parts within my country :( but following your i5-6500 suggestion coupled with the GTX 1050 Ti Mini 2GB (2GB was the best i can fin that can still put me within budget with me pulling some strings) will it be able to run GTA V or nah? But even so, what current games can your suggestion run?

I don't get if you are asking if the i5-6500 and a GTX 1050 Ti will run GTA V. If that is a question, yes. Settings cannot be high, but it will run with respectable frame rates.

As far as games, With the above setup, all games up until this point should run. Again, the quality will be lowered, but it is a start until you can upgrade to a GTX 1060 or whatever else comes up next year. If you are "pulling strings" I would recommend not changing out the PSU as they needs to be of decent quality to withstand the GPU.

Careful, PSUs sold with cases are often actually PSU-shaped objects, severely overrated and not fit for purpose; such "devices" tend to fail for no apparent reason, sometimes taking attached parts with them. It would be best to save more money.
