Question Gpu possibly overheating

Hi, I have a RTX 2060 paired with a 5600x. I've been noticing that my gpu is getting to about 75⁰c which I think is fine, but the Hotspot is getting to about 90⁰c. I got the card factory sealed about 2ish years ago. I'm wondering if due to the card being sitting on a shelf for a while before I got it, is it possible the thermal paste is degraded?

The typical gap between the 2 values is approx. 20C or lower. [Observed among multiple posts over the years.]
The temperature limit for the hot spot(it seems to be 110C) is also higher than that of the gpu core(85C).
There's nothing catastrophically wrong with the 2060 at the moment.
