Question GPU Power

Hello there!
I wanted to ask if my RX 580 185w or 145w?
Also, it says ASUS but it's just a software bug and got fixed by downgrading the AMD software.
What are the "GPU Chip Power Draw", " VDDC Power Draw" and "VDDCI Power Draw"? sometimes the pc just black screens with fans at 100% speed and sometimes it just completely shuts down. It could be my garbage PSU.
