Recently, I have been experiencing a significant issue with my computer, where my GPU usage spikes to 90-100% and crashes my computer. This usually comes from running any games on my computer for 20+ minutes. This wasn't a problem before, but it has now started to become a significant issue. Does this have any relation to any virus or malware? Or is it related to a problem with my system?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

my GPU usage spikes to 90-100% and crashes my computer.
You'll see this happening for one of two reasons;
1| an overheating issue
or
2| the PSU is incapable of delivering power to the entire system when taxed.
