Question GPU Problems?

I got Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 as external GPU and i also have intel graphics 3000 as internal, when i was a child i like to play Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon (2001) so i like to play it again as nostalgia, when im playin the game, the game itself is blinking on my monitor its like epilepsy but i keep want to play cus i wanna feel the nostalgia and imma idiot, about 5 mins my pc crash, because the gpu is external its hard to boot up, now i fix abit that i can play some games like For Honor but sometimes it crash on launching the game. I got a problem, every time im going to play GTA Online my pc when crash i tried play the story mode its fine but when imma bout to play online the pc crash i already do some reinstall the gpu driver but still same, Any Solution?

8 GB RAM ddr3l Crucial 2x
GeForce GTX 950 as external GPU (as main gpu)
Power Supply Hexa+ 500 watt (ive been using that since 2016)
My pc is a bootcamp windows 8

If u have 450w power supplay, you are find an problem.
But if you have good psu, and u have this problem try to ask someone who is gived you gtx 950 for more information.

Ive been using my 500w power supply bout 2016, even tho ive tried playing Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint (2019) it only crash the game once, only once. I got the feeling that those old games i played that make epilepsy its damaging the gpu
