[SOLVED] GPU recommendation DELL PRECISION T3630

Would like to ask if anybody has a recommendation to upgrade my current graphic card? It has a Xeon E2124G 3.4 GHz CPU, 16GB DDR4 memory, 460W PSU and i'm using a Quadro P400. I mainly use it for 3D modelling / Rendering / Autocad / Photoshop.

I assume the PSU is stock, does it have any Pcie 6 or 8 pin connectors? Most people will say upgrade your PSU first.
