Question GPU Recommendation for a i5 9400f

Im running a i5 9400f with a 1650 currently , i have used this PC for over 4 years now and now im looking for a GPU upgrade .

Im able to get: (Prices converted to USD from local currency)

4060 8gb new ($440)
3060 12gb new ($393)
6700xt 12gb used ($334)
2070 super 8gb used ($ 305)
3070 8gb used ($430)

From the ones listed above , which would be the best option for me to go with my CPU without causing major issues?

Leave the 8 gb of memory and only look at the 12gb and of those you mention only the 6700xt, but it would be good if you could say which company's implementation you found

the 6700xt is sapphire Pulse , 4060 is zotac , 2070 super is MSI , 3070 is Founders Edition , 3060 is Zotac

Thats what i thought too , but the 4060 is PCIE4 but my MB is PCIE3 , would that be ok ?
