Yes I’ve looked through other posts but it all seemed to be other issues unless I’m blind. Gpu is a 1080ti forgot GB’s. It randomly stopped one day I don’t even think I installed new drivers I just remember the night before it was working fine then I wake up doesn’t work. Tried a 1060 I had laying around and worked fine. The display doesn’t pop up but the pc runs and makes noises ect. I’ve removed ram and put it back in. I have way more than needed PSU power. The card I think is 2 years old I got it used but was working fine for 4+ months. Any other info that can help just ask, im really desperate considering I’m not looking forward to buying a new 1080tiz

Sounds like the GPU may have failed if another one works in the same system.

The risk of buying an older used GPU, launched just about 7 years ago.

1080 Ti -> 2080 -> 3070-> 4060 Ti. In terms of performance it is roughly equivalent to a new $370 4060Ti.

1080 Ti sell for roughly $150-200 depending on the model.

Sigh. Alright thank you, and that 150$ is with it broke?

No, working. Parts only is whatever someone is willing to pay. The heatsink/fans might be useful to someone. Memory chips perhaps if someone is out there refurbishing cards.
