Question GPU third fan seemingly stopped working, what can I do?

Hey there,
so it seems like my GPU's third fan stopped working. The GPU is Asus ROG Strix 2070 Super.
I tried to spin the fan with my hands and compared to the other fans, it barely moves.
I uploaded a video so you can see how the fan works, it tries to spin but it stops (with a weird sound) so I guess it's dead.
What can I do? Can I replace it at home?
Is it safe to use the GPU until I replace it? Can I still play games with it until I get a new fan?

You should be beyond your warranty period for the card but I'm sure you can source a replacement fan for the GPU you have. What is the GPU's SKU?

When playing games it can reach 85C, when doing nothing (browsing the internet, etc.) it sits around 40C.
I have this GPU for almost 5 years, so yeah it's way beyond the warranty period.
The SKU is (and I hope I'm looking at the right place): 90YV0DI1-M0NA00

if you don't want to buy a new card, just search on ebay for broken ones or just the fan for cheap

85c is quite hot but still acceptable for GPU. you try looking for replacement from used parts but personally i will just going to strap some generic fan on it.

Also you might need to reapply thermal paste.
