Used for all types gaming .

I am still very new to this stuff and dont know much about what will bottleneck what

Im looking for my best option as a GPU upgrade Im not dead against A GTX 980 but dont really want to spend the money. IS the 980 really $200 better than the GTX 970? or is there a better option. I'm torn

Also would it be a good idea to upgrade my PSU? and wattage suggestion

Thanks in advance

Well, Your computer seems all in perfectly good order, and any bottlenecking would occur in that CPU (not likely) and as you said, its that pesky 7850 thats slowing you down, well, as a pretty good AMD person, go for like a R9 280X or 290, if you have a budget in mind please post it.
