gpu upgrade for 250

currently i have the R7 260x and am looking to upgrade, max budget is 250. i play games like world of warcraft which i know isnt very gpu dependant but games like battlefield as well. i was looking at the 7870, but if theres a better card for the money any suggestions would be appreciated.
