Hello Im looking to upgrade from my GTX750ti. I use a single monitor 1920*1080 120hz
any recommendation?

Also im using a EVGA 600b power supply. Should invest in a better psu before upgrading Gpu?

As long as that power supply has the conectors you need I wouldn't worry about it. With a high refresh rate monitor, a 1060 6gb or 580 would be the least I'd consider. A 1070 wouldn't be a bad idea. Games are only going to get more demanding, not less demanding.

I assume your CPU is up to par.

a 120Hz FHD Gsync, I'd choose GTX 1080 or GTX 1070Ti(if you need highest graphic detail), GTX 1070 (slightly perform below 1080 and 1070Ti ).
You have to give up graphic detail to maintain max 120 FPS or loose couple frames per second to get highest anti-aliasing anisotrophic graphic detail if you choose GTX 1060 6GB or lower tier (GTX 1060 3GB > GTX 1050Ti >>>).

For FreeSync, you have Vega 56 > RX 580 > RX 570,

some games are also CPU intensive, so the pair would be
GTX 1080 + i5 6800K or Vega 56 +i5 8600K
GTX 1080 + Ryzen 7 2700 or Vega 56 + R7 2700
GTX 1060 + 8400 and so on and so on
