Hi Super geniuses and Gods of PC hardware

I need some GPU upgrade advise. I have the below setup from 2015. All is ok, but the GPU needs an upgrade.
Please advise best vs cost effective GPU upgrade. Nvidia or AMD
Also, what bottlenecks I may face.
Anything I should consider upgrading?
Will purchase 2 new monitors based on new GPU.

GPU: HD-695X-CDDC
MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Intel LGA1150 Z97 not OC’d but can do)
Intel Core i5 i5-4690K CPU (not OC’d but can do)
Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 Vengeance 16gb GB (4 x 4 GB)

Okay, I see your specs now.

GTX 1650 SUPER would be a good entry-level choice.

Anything better is also a good choice depending on your budget.

What is your budget?

With that budget you'd be looking at a GTX 1660 Ti or GTX 1660 SUPER. Both are great cards.

RTX 2060 has ray-tracing support, but at that level (mid-range) it severely lowers performance. I don't think there is much to gain from an RTX 2060 over a GTX 1660 Ti. In fact, a GTX 1660 SUPER is very close to a GTX 1660 Ti in performance, so it could be considered the better bargain.
