GPU upgrade R9 270X Toxic

I´m looking to upgrade my GPU

My system is:

CPU: i5 4690k
MOBO: Gigabyte Gaming 3 z97x
RAM: Corsair cl9 2 stick 4gb e.a
GPU: r9 270x Toxic

I was looking to upgrade the GPU and I was thinking about the RX 480 however I never upgraded when this card was below the $200 and I´m definitely not doing it now that is reaching the $300.

I´m looking for GPU upgrading options preferable to be on AMD and 3 fan setup is a MUST for me.

I live outside U.S.A and It would need to be a card under $200 (Used is not a problem)

Any help is appreciated.

For me it was never on the budget, since models that used to be under $200 was never the Asus 3 fan model

The Power color Red Devil 3 fan model used to be under $200, but hell I have read such creepy burning pasta from those Power Color models that I rather stay away
