[SOLVED] GPU Upgrade Wonderings

Hi, I have a question on upgrading my GPU
I'm looking at a RTX series 80 or 90 most likely, but I am wondering if the rest of my PC would be a bottleneck somewhere?
Currently this is what i have
CPU: Intel Core i7 7700 3.6GHz 8MB
Motherboard: ROG Strix B250F Gaming LGA1151
RAM: 16GB DDR4
Power: e8GA SuperNO8A G1+ 650W
Current GPU is a GeForce GTX1080Ti EXOC 11GB GDDR5X

any "bottleneck" would be dependent on the resolution you play. If you use 4k, there will be little to no issues at all, 1080p is more possible to be an issue, but I think you will still be fine with a 3080 and that CPU.
