I currently have a
EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU
on a MAG Z490 Tomahawk Motherboard
with a Intel Core i7-10700k CPU @3.80GHz
and 32 GB of DDR4 RAM at a Uncore Freq of 4300 MHz idle

Gonna be honest I don't know what half of that meant but i want to know a better budget GPU to get because i was looking and some of the 30 series is pretty cheap like 3-400. I am okay with spending some money just not 1500 on a graphics card , that's the price of my computer.

I'd say you should get a 6800 or a used 3080 if you plan on using ray tracing

But what's your psu?

As above said what’s your PSU and budget? The 7800XT is new and a good value at 500-550 offering 6800XT performance but better power consumption, below that your previous gen like a 6750XT is a good performing card.

Will always say if you’re buying from a previous gen and want to play newer games go AMD, they tend to support older cards better, nvidias tend to fall off a cliff.

You 'could' get a 6800 and that psu above but it would be over your budget https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Hg...gb-speedster-swft-319-video-card-rx-68xlaqfd9

You could also get a 3060 12gb https://pcpartpicker.com/product/DX...60-12-gb-gaming-amp-video-card-zt-a30600f-10p and this psu https://pcpartpicker.com/product/4v...-modular-atx-power-supply-ps-tpd-1050fnfagu-l
