Okay, I play Playerunknown Battlegrounds on very low, because I can't get the settings any higher because fps problems, I get fps drops on very low too.

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 8GB DDR3

My GPU usage is 28-52% and 60-75 degrees.
My CPU usage is 28-40%

Does this look bad or is there something bottlenecking?

Solution

I have the same Cpu but the K series and battlegrounds plays smooth . Its a very CPU bound game .
I would check you have the latest chipset drivers for the motherboard and latest gpu drivers installed using ddu.

I would say it should be performing better. I do have an overclock on mine but its not a big one.

If there was a bottleneck, one of your components would be running at 100%, so that doesn't sound likely

I would hazard a guess into you having conflicting drivers. Install a program called [strike]Device[/strike] Display(I mix that up far too often) Driver Uninstaller, use it to get rid of all graphics drivers, then reinstall only the latest ones.

I just tried it in the Witcher 3 and:
GPU - 56-99% + 70-72 degrees
CPU - 40-67%

Is this bad/good?

When downloading the drivers, I just click "Graphics Driver" and don't click the 3d vision controller, 3d vision, hd audio, geforce experience & phsyx system software drivers right?
