gpu usage spikes (idle)

Im using msi r9 380 gaming 4g even when in idle the gpu usage spikes and Im only using chrome and the temperature rises also up to 50degree c. http://imageshack.com/a/img922/2873/A8z8TW.jpg

You have hardware acceleration option in your browser turned on.
For the temp - its norma because your gpu fans are turned off. If you have better airflow in your case probably the temp will be around 40-45 (depends of ambient temperatures).
