Question GPU Usage spiking

There hasn't been a long time since i last upgraded my pc. I bought RX 570 8GB and downloaded the latest versions. Recently, I've put on a SSD M.2. Before and after the installation of the m.2, my PC was spiking in games very much. I checked the usage and it was VERY unstable. Usually droping to 0%. I run the windows memory diagnostic test and nothing seemed to be wrong with my RAM. What seems to be the problem here?

Ryzen 3 2200g
Asrock Fatal1ty b450 gaming k4
Hyper x predator 8 GB 3000Mhz
1 SSD M.2 480GB (Corsair MP 510)
Corsair CX550M

It is done by every game and i dont think its a kind of bottleneck (or is there a chance to be my screens bottleneck?) CPU and RAM usage was fine.
