Question GPU usage %

I recantly buy "Asus ROG Strix RX570 OC edition 4GB" and before whit double weeker card GPU usage on same setting in same game was 70-80% and now whit this card is 100% gpu ussage or have spikes like on picture ? What is reason for that and is it safe for longer period

what the old gpu?
temp look too low. did you uninstall the old driver first?

are you spikes while you game? when gaming you want your gpu to be at 100% if the game is older it may not use as much of your gpu

I was having R9 270 TurboDuo 4 gb and older CPU i5 2320
Yes,only when i gaming not after that
Everything is ok but that GUP usage is strange but maybe is nomal,dont know
I unistal driver from old card whit Display driver unistaler so dont think that is cousing problem if is realy is this
