GPU/Video Card problem

i installed and tried to play a game(pes 09) that used to run well before with no problems but now after the installation when i try to play i am given the following message: your GPU doesn't have the minimum specifications to play this game: vertex shader 2.0.
formerly however when i used to play this game, my vertex shader version was 3.o but now it is 0.0
MY SPECS ARE
intel r dual core 1.89ghz
intel 965 chipset family
120gb hdd
1.4gb RAM
DirectX 10

Any help to correct this problem will be really appreciated as i am getting really desperate.

Make sure the onboard graphic driver is properly installed...
