Question Strange sound in my desktop PC when boots

Hi,

My PC randomly makes this sound when boots. Not every time, just randomly. Initially I thought it was a fan with problems, but it's not the case (with the case open I disconnected the cables of each fan, except for the built in with the case, but the noise is not from there). So, I have no idea what it is. In addition to be random, after a while of the PC being working it disappears, but it's quite annoying and would like to eliminate it.

I have Windows 10, 2 SSD's (Crucial and Samsung), 1 HDD (Samsung), a Seasonic Focus+ Gold PSU, AMD FX-6300 CPU, MSI Gaming 970 MoBo and a GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti.

What do you think it is?

Many thanks.

Hi.
It seems the problem is the HDD, since the sound never returned after removing it.

Now, I have another issue, the PC sometimes freezes. In the Event Viewer what I have in System tab does not clearly says what is the problem. Below is the events occured after rebooting just one more freeze:

Some help is much appreciated.

Run checks of your Windows, Start with "SFC /SCANNOW" from Command prompt(administrator)
