Question gpu wont work ! [need help]

Hello,
my friend gave me a ( GT 210 ) that won't post he mentioned that he dropped it
i tried it and it wont post when i removed the heatsink i have found something that looks like a missing piece
[picture in the link below ] i just want to know if this is normal or something is missing
btw i did not try to flash the gpu bios yet.
