Question Graphic card gb's problem

I bought a rx 590 nitro+ ,i put the card ,install the driver but is a card of 8gb and the pc show me 4gb , and when i play ,the games show me 4gb , i bought the card in a official place , how i resolve this?

Can you download GPUZ and run it and see if its trully 8gb or?

There is no 4gb version of the 590, so if it is a 590 it must have 8gb. Download the the program GPU-Z and see what it says for memory size.
