graphic card gforce 210

my motherboad is asrock 7751945GZ.
ram 2gb
i try put ASUS GeForce® 210 silent graphic card but my pc cant switch on but if i pull out graphic card,pc can switch on..how can it be solved?

your monitor cable has to be on the graphic card, not motherboard. then check bios settings, see if the gpu is pci-ex or integrated (something like that).
