GRAPHIC CARD HELP

hi i have a nvidia geforce gtx 460 Graphics card but when i play games like call of duty on i get line going up the screen when its on a video part of the game i had it sorted out and the line went but i had to do a restore for my computer and it come back i change something in the nvidia control panel but dont know what i changed help please

Have you tried forcing Vertical Sync via the nvidia control panel? Your problem could be screen tearing.

Go into the nvidia control panel, make sure its in advanced view, click on Manage 3D settings > Select global settings > Scroll to vertical sync > Force on.
