Question Graphic card not taking load

O was travelling for 1 month didn't use my laptop so when i came back and iodate apex i o ly get 20 fps and then i saw my task manager my intel is taking load not the amd rx560 so what to do i have upafre evening

Nooo i have been playing for 2 years on my laptop i used to get 120 fps on apex no after coming back from holiday i only get 18 fps my intel is working not rx560
