I suspect it to graphic card problem, so i message EVGA ( brand of my graphic card). They asked me to check everything from psu voltage, graphic card's software. They all seem to work fine, but my problem still occur. I did not send my card in yet, because i do not have 100% thinking its my graphic card

It sounds like your PSU is crapping out under load.
I would run a diagnostic program to check and make sure it's holding up before RMAing the card.
Cosair is usually a good brand, but everyone has a lemon here and there. 650W should be enough for your system though.

I agree it seems like your PSU might be dying.

You should also eliminate the RAM as the possible problem. Do you have the RAM speed/timings/voltage manually set in the BIOS? Have you run memtest86+ overnight to test for RAM errors? RAM errors are often the cause of BSOD's.
