i dont know the resolution
any way im buying an lcd under Rs 7000 ( abt 130$)
my budget for the gc is around 160$ and below 175$

Depending on your local prices, either a 5750 or 5770 would be your best bet.
If you have to stretch the budget a bit to get a 5770, it would be money well spent.

5770 is a good way to go right now. Its a great card. I love my 5750's and 5770's are better.
