So I was playing CSGO when I experienced a lot of lag spikes, at first I thought it was my internet, but when I tested it on singleplayer, it also shows lag spikes. I decided to update my graphics driver, I left my PC when it downloads and when I came back, the screen's all messed up - with random colors and glitches, like a broken film. I can't press anything or press ctrl alt del, so I shut it down. This is what I got from event viewer :

The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

It is from 'nvlddmkm'
I don't know what's that, I'm just gonna update my driver now and hopes it won't crash again.
FYI my GPU is Nvidia GTX660
OS W10 Pro
