Question graphics and fps dropping in every game

So i just connected my pc to the monitor with a DVI and connected the tv to the pc with an HDMI and suddenly every game's graphics,resolution and and fps is messed up whenever i open any game

on the monitor but whenever i open the game on the tv it works correctly as if my graphics card wont work on the monitor

remove the GPU´s Heatsink, grab a hairdryer (iam not joking) and heat up the core. this method has worked for me.

is there any easier way to do it because i cant do this one i guess its a software problem because when i switch to the tv display the games run fine idk how
