[SOLVED] Graphics Card doesn't appear

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my old laptop, at first it was fast but then it got really slow. When I right-click on desktop and choose "Screen resolution", then "Advanced Settings" and then "Adapter" it shows me this:

(I'm sorry that I took the picture with my phone). At first it was all blank but now it shows that. My graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6310. Does it have any connection to that when I was installing the system I formated this:

Almost everything in "Adapter" menu was missing, after I uninstalled the driver and restarted the laptop the first picture is what was being shown to me

Then install the driver..
Go to your laptop model site and download it.
