Question Graphics card fans running very fast no display

I was playing valheim and suddenly there was black screen. i could hear game in the background.So i restarted my pc and there was no display. My GPU(2060 founders edition) fans are running very fast but there is no display also there is no light on GPU. So i removed my graphics card cleaned it, still no display. i removed back plate and cleaned the back side with glycerine. I installed it back it started working fine then after one day same problem came.

What could be the cause of this and how can i fix it?

My pc is working fine without graphics card.

I have checked it on other pc still same problem there.

My specs are:

MB: msi z390 A pro
PSU: Antec 550W
CPU: i5 8600K
GPU : RTX 2060 Founders Edition
RAM 16GB

test with a different psu?

Antec VP550F 550W

test with a different psu -> No But i tested it on a different PC which has 650W power supply. Same issue there.

I am using Pc with same config from last 2 years with no problem. I frequently Play games.
