Graphics card for HP p2-1394

I am planning on upgrading the processor to an i5-3470. I want to know if it's possible to add a graphics card and if yes, which one would be best? I want to be able to play Skyrim, Hitman Absolution, GTA4, Fary Cry 3, etc at a very good graphics setting.

How do I install the graphics card?

You cannot upgrade to an i5 3470 because that mobo is limited to 35w cpus. And there are no expansion slots so nothing can be added.

yes an i5 3470T would work. just make sure it the T with 35 TDP.
and no, can't add graphic card.
So if you want to upgrade for gaming, don't waste your money on this and get something else(case, motherboard, etc)
