Graphics card for my packard bell laptop

Hello,
my screensaver and other display activities will not work because after formatting my Packard bell windows 7 laptop i could not installed graphics card. how do i solve this. please help me.

You mean Graphics driver correct? Please download this nice tool called GPU-Z and just show me a screenshot of the GPU-Z .
