Question Graphics Card Graphical Problems - GTX 970

Hi guys so me and my brother tried installing the Accelero Twin Turbo III for the GTX 970 since his fans didn't work. Since installing them we have been getting graphical glitches white lines all over the screen and also it doesn't boot to Windows. If there is a way to fix this we would really appreciate your help thanks

Assuming the new fans are working, it would appear the card is dying. Had the gfx card run for a long time before he realized the original fans weren't spinning? Might have cooked the GPU or some other chip.

Oh. In that case, I'd reconsider the "new" cooling. Is it keeping the GPU and support chips cool? Did you inadvertently damage something changing parts?
