This is my build
i5-4670k 3.4GHz
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H ATX LGA1150
16GB (4 x 4GB) of RAM
Samsung 840 Series 250GB SSD
Seagate Barracude 2TB 7200RPM HDD
2 EVGA GeForce GTX 780 GPU's for SLI
Seasonic 1050W Gold Power Supply
Windows 7 Home Premium
My problem is that when I play games I'm running them slower then I should be, and I know that because my brother has almost the exact same computer except he has an i5-3570K and only one graphics card. The game I'm using for reference is Battlefield 4, I get about 30 - 40 fps on average on ultra with vsync on, where hes getting maximum fps of 60 on the same graphics. Is there something wrong with my build that I just don't know of. And I'm pretty sure I've downloaded all my drivers unless there is something hidden I don't know about. Help would be appreciated on this issue.
I also should mention that on the lowest graphics with vsync off, I barely manage to keep 50 fps.
