Graphics card help

Hello,I have a standard XPS 410 with an Nvidia 7300 LE graphics card, it’s been artifacting for awhile now I’ve updated graphics drivers up to date and it still does it. Sometimes it crashes and after awhile if I play for an hour then it will begin to flash on and off and I have no choice to force a shutdown. I’m at my wits end and lack the funds to buy a replacement and or upgrade for the time being and would like to know if there is anything I can do to help it run without a hitch.

it has maybe a thin layer on it that i tried my best to manually blow off but there is still some there.

The GeForce 7300 LE should idle at around 60°C and up to 75°C under load.

Download and run TechPowerUp GPU-Z to monitor your graphics card's temperature to determine if it's overheating.

Really?It should idle at 60c?
